JAILED: Adam Edgar

Edgar, of Limerick Close, east Hull, appeared at Hull Crown Court today, where he was convicted of aggravated vehicle taking and dangerous driving. He was jailed for 18 months.

Chief Inspector Will Jenkins of Humberside Police said after the hearing: “The recklessness of the driver of the stolen motor vehicle could have put lives in danger as he showed no care or consideration for anyone else.

“I am pleased with today’s result in court. The Roads Crime Team and Roads Policing Unit see on a daily basis the effects dangerous driving can have.”
