Quickline welcomes new chief marketing and information officer and opens Customer Excellence Hub

Rural broadband provider Quickline Communications has announced the appointment of Frank Stone as chief marketing and information officer.

The company has also expanded its estate with a new Customer Excellence Hub at its Willerby headquarters. The new building will house many of Quickline’s customer-facing teams, including Sales, Customer Services, Scheduling and Customer Onboarding.

Frank brings extensive experience from senior telecommunications roles, including the last 12 years at Digicel, leaving as the group chief commercial officer. Before that, he spent a decade at BT in commercial roles focused on business and residential mobile services. His career also includes management positions at ntl, Dolphin Telecommunications, Cable & Wireless and Silverlink Train Services, specialising in commercial pricing, product and propositions.

In his new role, Frank will lead Quickline’s Product, Propositions, Marketing, Digital and Data teams, ensuring customer insights and data guide every decision to deliver services tailored to customer needs.
