Nish Kumar brings UK tour to Bonus Arena

Comedian Nish Kumar is to bring his new show Control to Hull’s Bonus Arena next year.

Kumar will take to the stage on February 2, with tickets going on sale next Wednesday.

The host of the Mash Report and one of the Guardian’s Top Fifty Comedians of the 21st Century, he is also a star of shows including Live at the Apollo, Taskmaster, Netflix’s Comedians of the World, QI, Have I Got News For You, and Mock The Week.

Kumar has achieved huge success on the stand-up circuit with five rave-reviewed solo shows at the Edinburgh Fringe Festival, two of which have were nominated for the Comedy Award for Best Show in 2015 and 2016.

He has also completed two series of his own topical show for BBC Radio 4, Spotlight Tonight, which he hosts, as well as hosting both The News Quiz and Newsjack.
