Five-star Beal scores customer satisfaction rating hat-trick

Beal Homes has scored a customer satisfaction hat-trick by securing a sought-after five-star rating for the third year running.

The prestigious accolade has once again been awarded to East Yorkshire-based Beal by the Home Builders Federation (HBF).

The HBF’s Star Rating Scheme recognises excellence in customer satisfaction by housebuilders, based on independent surveys of new home buyers in England and Wales.

HBF members are given a rating of between one and five based on homeowners’ feedback collected in the National New Homes Survey carried out by new homes warranty and insurance provider, the National House Building Council (NHBC).

Beal has now secured the highest rating for three consecutive years – in 2021, when it first took part in the scheme, 2022 and 2023.

Beal is one of only three Yorkshire-based housebuilders with a 2023 five-star rating and the only family-owned company in Yorkshire to receive the top accolade.

It comes hot on the heels of Beal opening its new state-of-the-art Beal Showroom and expanded Design Lounge.

The showpiece new building, at Bridgehead business park in Hessle, is open seven days a week with house hunters welcome to pop in to find out about Beal’s house types and developments across Hull, East Yorkshire and Lincolnshire.

The centrepiece of the Beal Showroom is the Design Lounge, where buyers enjoy a VIP experience choosing from hundreds of design options to make their new home match their lifestyle and tastes.

The HBF ratings are based on feedback from home buyers who completed their moves between October 2021 and September 2022.

The results of the HBF Star Rating Scheme feed into the NHBC New Homes Survey and this is shared with all housebuilders and the wider industry, in order to continually drive up standards.

First-time buyers Sam Laybourne and Lewis Alcock were delighted with the customer service provided by the Beal team before, during and after their move to their new home at the Pilgrims Walk development in Hessle.

Primary school teacher Sam said: “The service was really good and Beal looked after us very well.

“They guided us every step of the way, supported us with everything we needed to do and made the moving process very easy for us. They were so supportive and completely took the stress out of moving.”
